At .ONE%, we deal in specialized architectural roadmaps, institutional logic, and high-level advisory hours. Once an engagement begins, significant cognitive resources and architectural time are deployed immediately to map your financial or enterprise DNA.
Service Delivery
Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our work, .ONE% operates on a strict No-Refund policy once the "Strategic Briefing" or "Consultancy Deployment" has commenced.
Consultancy fees are allocated for architectural time, proprietary methodology access, and custom structural engineering. These assets are considered fully consumed upon delivery or during the briefing sessions.
Termination & Credits
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we recognize the dynamic nature of enterprise scaling. Our termination logic is as follows:
- Advance Termination: If an engagement is terminated before the first architectural session, a 50% "Resource Allocation Fee" is retained, and the balance is credited toward future briefings.
- Strategy Suspension: Clients may choose to pause their consultancy roadmap. Remaining hours or milestones can be held as "Institutional Credit" for up to 6 months.
- Disputes: Any structural dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of a briefing for internal audit and strategy recalibration.
Third-Party Execution
Fees paid to .ONE% do not cover third-party legal, government, or brokerage costs. We are not responsible for refunds related to external institutional fees or market-based execution costs.
